1. Engaging the young working crowed with Jamiyya

2. Giving the career guidance to the youth & job opportunities

3. Getting the financial support to Jamiyya

  • Making necessary documentations per the above categorized target group
  • Working with expertise & institutions for this purpose
  • Maintaining the relationship with the target audience
  • Create suitable job opportunities thru our job bank

Job Bank

Descriptions……

  • Create the awareness of the job bank

Media: Jamiyya website, print media – alhasanth & engal thesham, e-mail blast & SMS campaigns

  • Maintain & update job bank database
  • Create & Maintaining a good relationship with the recruitment agencies

Secretary

  • Co-ordination with the team members
  • Documentation with regard to the unit

Reports, minutes & etc.

  • Organizing of meetings, specific events & projects by co-ordinate with other team members

  • Maintain the relationship with the stakeholders

Donors, Recruitment agents, professionals, expertise & entrepreneurs

  • Build & maintain the relationship with the above by having continuous PR activities
  • Using different marketing communication tools for the above
